                             as a team. as a curator I’ve had

                             experience for about 4 months.

⊱ 5. what makes you the best candidate?

I’m active, I’m good with deadlines. I try taking into both sides if their is an argument. As a welcomer I’ve seen many cases where people have violated the guidelines I’ve had some people come to me for help so I know how to respond if they’re is difficult situations taking place. Hm🤔 I’m also a chill person so I don’t get mad easily𖧷

⊱ 6. how active will you be? provide screenshots of stats.

I would be able to come online 1-3 hrs a day. If I’m busy eg taking test I would give a notice beforehand. And I will try my best to come online when I can. Stats are in the comments𖧷

⊱ 7. what will you do if you see someone violating the Guidelines?

I would try to resolve situation by fIrst trying to stop the situation from getting out of hand if it is in a public chatroom. I would Handle the matter by taking it to a private chatroom. After this I would try my best to find out the cause if it’s not clear who started it or who is In the wrong. Then I would try to hear out both side of the story. Any information I could find I would report it to the mod team. I would also take screenshots of what happened Incase anyone deletes it to hide what happened. This is so I have evidence and I could show It to the mod team and they could take proper actions. I would hide their profile in the mean time.𖧷

⊱ 8. what will you do if there is trouble brewing and you can't get a hold of the rest of the Mod Team?

I would handle the situation myself I would make sure that it’s not continued in public I would go to a private chat. I will Try to appease both people and calm them down and let them know that as soon as a mod member is online the situation will get resolved. I would try my best to handle the situation in the mean time.
