O4 : do you have any experience as an event team member or staff on amino?

yes I do. I am on the event teams of 1the9 amino and cix amino. I am also a leader of an amino and curator of one amino as well as being a trainee for another one. I am also apart of the creative team on army4bts amino.

O5 : what kind of ideas do you have for challenges in ab6a?

one challenge would be a handwriting challenge. there is many different ideas for this one challenge along. for example,we could do where you write out how a song by ab6ix makes you feel or just have them write out the lyrics. this challenge is a fairly simple challenge but everyone can be involved in this.

another idea would be the theory challenge. this is where you make up theories about a song or something. this challenge honestly just came to mind so i don't really know how to explain it.

my third idea is a interpretation challenge where you make a blog and express how a song made you feel or how it has helped you.

'ab6ix love day' could be a day one day where everyone expressed how ab6ix has helped them or has influenced them. we could do this on Valentine's Day, ab6ix's anniversary day, or just a random day.

'create a hollywood star challenge' is a challenge where you basically make one of the into a "hollywood star." you make a blog explaining how they became a star, what they do, their signature catch phrase,etc. this challenge could be split up into many different parts for different days.

these are some of the ideas I have for now but many come up randomly when I'm not thinking about it.

O6 : what qualities do you think one must have for this position and why should we pick you?

one quality I believe a event team member should have is creativeness.obviously you need to be able to have ideas in the back of your mind and some creative ones too. like,we don't want to always go simple and generic challenges. if we want the community to have fun and be involved then we must have creative ideas.

two other qualities I think a team member should have is activeness and friendliness. you need to be active on the amino to be able to see what kind of people are on this amino or what they would like to see. this can help with creating events and challenges. you also need to be friendly because people will be asking questions about things and you need to be able to respond. also as a team member you are representing the team as a whole,so if you are mean then people will think the whole event team is rude and we do not need that. plus negativity is a no bueno.

being able to work in a team, being accepting, and being a good listener are other qualities a person should have being apart of the team. for starters there is no "I" in team and so you have to be able to have the basic qualities needed to work in a team this includes being a good listener and communicating between each other. ideas will be shared among everyone in the team and you have to know how to listen to each idea and if you don't like it, the person's feelings. also know that your idea may not be picked every single time because that's not how it works.

I believe y'all should pick me because I can work in a group very easily and I can bring some good ideas to the table. I love making people happy through the things I create and genuinely having fun! Along with this I am a social on my high school's drill team so I know how to effectively plan things and how to catch people's attention. I am also pretty active on amino (I haven't really been as active as I would like this past week or two due to school,but I'm starting to pick it back up) and love making friends. Also,I usually always will have an idea in mind,so if we ever get stuck I can help.
