— what are your alias and preferred pronouns ?

You can call me euph (short for ‘euphoria’). My perferred pronouns are she/they.

— what is your age / age range ?

I’m currently 16, I’m turning 17 next year in February.

— what is your availability & timezone ? how often do you go on hiatuses etc. ?

My timezone is EST. I’m online almost 3-4 hours of the day, more on the weekends. I’m mostly in school through out the week, but I try to be online when I’m able to during school hours. I only go on hiatuses whenever it has to do with my mental health or any other personal matters.

— have you ever received a warning / strike ? if so , why ? ( could be on this amino or in general )

Fortunately, I have not received any strikes or warnings on any amino.

— what are your strengths and weaknesses ? explain a bit !

Strengths: I’m good at understanding people when it comes to any arguments and such, and Im very easy to communicate with as well as adapting to certain situations.

Weaknesses: I tend to overanalyze situations, which can lead to indecision or taking too long to make a choice. When I’m under stress, I sometimes become disorganized, which can lead to missing details or overlooking important tasks, that’s something I’m working on.

— do you have any past experiences being a part of a moderation team ? if yes , please list how many , what role you did , and for how long you were part of the team .

Yes, I’ve had many experiences. I have been curator 4 times, I have been a leader 3 times and a co-agent once. I was apart of the team for as long as the amino existed since most of them got deleted or started to be inactive, I’m currently a curator in one.

1. Any posts containing explicit or inappropriate content.

2. Any posts that is considered spamming.

3. Any post that are unrelated(off-topic) to this community as well as any form of harassment towards others.

I chose this one because it fits the criteria of a well done ment and it explains their community well and what they are about. They have a versatile of things that can do when they , and everything is neat.

I chose this one as well for mostly the same reason. They explain how they are in of some staff in their about section, and their layout grabs your attention.

— people are having a fierce argument about the unfairness of some rules in a public staff chatroom , what would you do ?

I would remind everyone to remain respectful and calmly explain the purpose of the rules. Then, I would open a discussion to listen to concerns on both sides and find any possible solutions or clarifications. If the problem continues, I would suggest help from another staff member.

— bots are spamming the community , how do you handle it ?

As someone who has been ed by and dealt with bots, I understand how annoying they can be. I would try to do what I’m able to do as a curator and disable any of their posts, and delete messages they send.

— a member comes to you and complains about the guidelines . what do you do / say ?

I would listen to the member’s concerns and explain why the guidelines exist. If they feel strongly about a specific issue, I would encourage them to speak to a leader on their opinion as I wouldn’t be able to do any changes as a curator.

— what are your suggestions for this community ? try being detailed , it can be about anything related to this amino .

I don’t really have any current suggestions as everything seems fine to me.
