— "I sincerely hope that you will understand it...'' — Cheng Xiaoshi continued his speech while in Jing Tao's body, despite the growing tension between them. Mei Ling shook his head, looking at his friend with frustration.

— "You're so sentimental. You really should..." — Suddenly, as if on command, Mei Ling fell silent, his expression changed, and an evil smirk appeared on his lips. He stood up quickly and, without a word, headed for the exit. He left his bag on the chair, which was completely unusual for him.

— "This shouldn't have happened..!" — Lu Guang said anxiously, observing the situation. — "Leave the money and quickly follow him!"

Cheng Xiaoshi silently grabbed Mei Ling's bag, and after putting some banknotes on the table, he rushed after him, ignoring the shout of "Wait!" from the waiter nearby. He caught up with him on the street, grabbing his arm and stopping him at the doorstep.

— "Mei Ling, wait! What's going on?" — He asked, trying to see a hint of understanding in his eyes.

He only smiled carelessly and pulled his hand away, slowly turning to Jin Tao. — "We meet again, Cheng Xiaoshi."

— "What?" — Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang said at the same time, expressing surprise and anxiety on their faces. It's not Mei Ling...

— "You have a lot of questions, don't you? I'll answer them later, that's not why I came here." — The person in Mei Ling's body continued to speak, satisfied with what was happening. — "I'll just show you what I'm going to do!"

Laughing evilly, Mei Ling, or rather, his shell, sprinted back towards the roadway. Cheng Xiaoshi only regained his senses a second later when he heard a car honking and rushed forward, but it was too late. A bang was heard, followed by the crunch of bones and the brakes of the car. The people ing nearby shrieked at the terrifying incident. However, it all became noise as Cheng Xiaoshi's heart beat heavily in his chest from fear. A moment later, sirens sounded, and everything was so blurry.

A couple hours ed before Cheng Xiaoshi was able to return to Jing Tao's apartment. He couldn't get the words of the person in Mei Ling's body and what had happened out of his mind.

— "Cheng Xiaoshi..." — Lu Guang began quietly, trying not to dwell on what happened and help the guy regain his composure. — "Check Mei Ling's bag, I saw a camera."

— "Okay..." — Cheng Xiaoshi said, taking off his shoes. He walked to Jin Tao's room and put his bag on the table, then searched a bit and took out a camera. — "We need photos, right?"

— "Right. Once you're done, leave them on the table." — Lu Guang nodded approvingly. — "Our client will have to return in a few days with them."

Closing his eyes for a moment, Cheng Xiaoshi thought about the plan of action before preparing the room and getting to work. Then, he started to take out the photos from the camera. The process took some time, but fortunately, it was successful. Cheng Xiaoshi quickly wrote the address of the studio on a piece of paper and then put it in his desk drawer.

— "Now come back." — Lu Guang said with faint sadness in his voice. Cheng Xiaoshi sighed heavily, looking at the picture note before slowly raising his hands in front of him.
