What is verification
Verification is an official title given by the AF&E staff team. With this title, s will be formally recognised as reliable helpers or translators of their language segment and be easily located and ed by event organisers. Verification applications will open up for a few days to a week on a monthly basis.
There are two different kinds of verifications, one for experienced and one for newcomers, who will be known as interns from this point forward.
Purpose of verification
The verification titles are intended to create a more efficient and painless process for event organisation teams in securing the necessary staff needed for their events. With the verification system, event organisers can confidently hire staff through our list and not worry about the reliability or trustworthiness of the staff they hire. Ensuring a truly simple and easy process.

Our official verification titles are shown below:

Only these titles will be used for the verification & inspector titles; any other titles claiming to be verification are false. Any attempts to buy these, or similar titles in the title shop will be prohibited, and refunds will be given immediately.
Requirements
Experienced
To be eligible to apply for a verification title, certain prerequisites and criteria must be met. All experienced applicants must have worked in a minimum of 3 events in the role they are seeking verification. Evidence of help/translation must also be provided. Acceptable forms of proof are as follows: screenshots from the communities (eg, profile titles), event resumes (must be posted within AF&E or a public external website), and event contributions (eg, translations). If you would like to submit any other form of proof that is not mentioned, a staff team member before submission for clarification.
Interns
who have helped/translated for less than 3 events will be categorised as Interns. Interns will not receive the same title as experienced helpers ( as shown above ). All questions must be answered in a well-mannered manner. Lacklustre applications will be rejected.
Applications can be filled in either English or the language you are applying for. Translators must be able to converse in English without the use of a translator to be eligible for a verification title.
How to apply: Google form & team review
The application process is as follows. Once meeting the requirements, all applicants must fill out a Google form application. The application contains various questions about yourself and your experience (if any). Once submitted, the application will go through a review process conducted by our hand-picked inspectors. If your application has been validated, an inspector will be ing you privately to conduct a casual interview.
Once the final decision is reached, a member of the staff team will you regarding your application & providing (if any).
Maintaining status: periodic reviews
Inspectors will conduct periodic checks to ensure that verified helpers/translators continue to meet expectations. These reviews will evaluate:
> Ongoing participation in events.
> The quality of their assistance or translations.
> Reports or complaints regarding their behavior and reliability.
> Consistency in activity levels, communication, and compliance with community/event rules.
A verified member who consistently underperforms or becomes inactive without explanation may be flagged for reevaluation.
Hiatuses, inactive, new s, & more
> If a verified helper goes on hiatus, their verification status will be temporarily paused rather than revoked. Upon returning, they must provide a proper explanation for their absence to regain their status.
> If they remain inactive for an extended period (e.g., several months), their name may be removed from the verified list. They will need to go through the full application process again to be reverified.
> If a verified helper creates a new , they must provide clear proof linking their old and new s (e.g., event logs, screenshots, confirmation from hosts). If the connection is confirmed, verification may be transferred. Otherwise, they must reapply.
> Applicants are strongly encouraged to document their participation during the verification process. Screenshots, logs, and communication records are helpful if issues arise later.
Revoked statuses & consequences
Verification status may be revoked under the following conditions:
I. Falsifying Proof - Any applicant found submitting fake or altered evidence will have their status revoked (idk if we should consider this but) and may face additional moderation actions.
II. Bribery or Foul Play - Attempts to bribe staff or manipulate the process will result in immediate disqualification and permanent blacklisting.
III. Failure to Maintain Standards—Verified helpers/translators who consistently underperform or engage in unprofessional conduct may lose their titles.
Appeal System:
If a believes their verification status was revoked unfairly, they may file an appeal. The appeal must include additional ing evidence or context. Staff will review the appeal and make a final decision.

The AF&E verification system was created to ensure that event staffing remains reliable, fair, and organized. It not only helps event organizers but also highlights the hard work of trusted contributors.
If you wish to apply, please review the criteria / requirements carefully, maintain a proper resume, and communicate openly with the verifiers or staff. We aim to keep the process as fair and transparent as possible.

Hello! I have a question. If I didn’t receive a response after answering questions, does that mean that I failed? Or should I receive an official answer from a Mod Team member? Thank you🫶🏻
I arrived very late....
it'll re-open every month

Some clarifications/FAQ
To verifiers who want to apply:
There will be no verification form for verifiers because it is not something we can check or ; it simply isn’t practical and would be difficult to implement due to limitations. We apologize for the disappointment but we hope you understand why we are choosing not to do verifications for that position, though we do appreciate your thoughts! (more info about this in screenshots)
To editors/aes makers who want to apply:
There will be no verification form for editors and aes makers. There are also communities like themeshops amino (TSA) and tienda estètica amino (TEA) where you can get verified for editor and aes maker, so feel free to use those as a type of verification for those positions, only if you want to :)
English translators:
The English segment will not have an option to get verified as a English translator since it depends on what language they are translating from.
Knowing English:
*Translators* applying should know English, our excerpt you need to translate in the form is in English. Helpers don’t necessarily need to know English (unless you are applying for English helper) but just know the questions in the form are in English.
Knowing the language:
If you are applying for English segment, please actually know English, and this goes for any language you are applying for. *Know the language you are applying for* We will be able to tell in your application and interview. We should be able to understand you and you should be able to communicate and know what others are saying without the use of a translator in the language you are applying in.
Slang question:
This question is asking for what slang is used in the language you are applying for, and not event slang. Ex. In English “rizz”(charisma) is slang.
”Inspector” title:
The “inspector” title is only for the verification team , not for those applying to be verified for helper and/or translator. The titles you can get are in the blog.
Wanting to apply for helper AND translator:
You can apply for both but you would need to apply twice, one for translator and one for helper.
Attaching proof of your experience (*not* for newbies/“intern” title):
When asked “How many official events have you helped in?” or “How many official events have you translated for?” and you click “3 or more”, there will be a question asking for proof of your experience. Here you can link your AFE resume or a resume you have on an external website (ex. carrd), or you can use Google drive to put screenshots of proof (or any other forms or proof) in and paste the link in the answer.
Never been a helper/translator before OR don’t have proof of previous experience:
You can still apply even if you have zero experience as a helper and/or translator. When asked “How many official events have you helped in?” or “How many official events have you translated for?” you should click “less than 3” even if you have experience in the past but forgot to get proof of it, the questions will be different for newbies and experienced s.
You have the “intern” title but over time your experience changes from “less than 3” to “3 or more”:
You should apply again but this time apply for the experienced role, therefore we can update your profile titles and experience role in the sheet.

Can I write my answers in my native language?
When you are filling out the form, you are allowed to answer the questions in the language you are applying for. So yes, you can write your answers in your native language.
Can I put my name I have as the name ?
Yep
Since many people in the comments have shown interest in the title of "official verifier", I decided to share my thoughts on the matter. If you plan to introduce such a title, I recommend requiring verifiers to receive at least 10 positive reviews of their work from community agents or event organizers. This way, you'll avoid giving the title to fake verifiers or those who didn’t actually do the work but were given event prizes just because a community agent felt sorry for them. I also recommend setting a minimum number of participants that each verifier must have verified in total, preferably at least 1500 verified participants within the last year.
Personally, I don’t really like the idea of official verifiers, because many might try to push their favorite verifiers forward, even if those verifiers aren’t doing their job properly. But since this topic has been brought up, I decided to share my subjective opinion on the matter:)
