𓂂 :bookmark: ⠀٬⠀⠀ In short, this recruitment is for introducing more to the event staff. Them being: helpers, translators, editors and verifiers. Each position has small requirements to follow before filling out the form. They're very simple, check out what they are:
𓂂 :bookmark: ⠀٬⠀⠀ 1. For verifiers, it is necessary to have a good history in communities that have helped in events.
𓂂 :bookmark: ⠀٬⠀⠀ 2. The member who fills out the form cannot be a BANNED member of the community.
𓂂 :bookmark: ⠀٬⠀⠀ 3. We're only accepting inexperienced people for the roles of helpers and translators.
People who've worked on 2 events and under can also apply, but will be less prioritized.
𓂂 :bookmark: ⠀٬⠀⠀ 4. Verifiers are the only position where experience is required.
𓂂 :bookmark: ⠀٬⠀⠀ 5. Verifiers must know and speak Portuguese.
𓂂 :bookmark: ⠀٬⠀⠀6. The forms must be answered in Portuguese. If you don't know how to read or speak Portuguese, we advise you to use google translate.

Hello, ! This is an official message from the FreakShow event staff. Please read with attention!
In this blog, before we shared the forms, there are some requirements for each role. Some concerned came to us about those and said the text wasn't very clear. Due to that, we've made alterations in the blog multiple times. We're very sorry for this. We revised the text together and came to a final version that we hope is more clear; we won't make any other changes after this. Furthermore, we hope to still have a good event, even with this little unforeseen problem.

Question, why do we have to give out our email?
And also: why do we have to answer every question in Portuguese if we're not applying for a Portuguese role? /genq
is so that no one can answer the form twice. as for the second question: not everyone of the organizers speak english. So it's more easy to us if the questions are answer in portuguese.

Not all of our event organizers/recruiters speak English. Since we are a Brazilian community, it is more comfortable to select responses in Portuguese. However, after the classification u will be able to speak your language, as we will have an interpreter in the team's private chats.
I just wanted to ask if we get the event set if we are accepted into the recruitment or not?

No, unfortunately we're only accepting verifiers with experience. But you can apply for other positions if you don't have experience with them!
