I had made this frame during April 1st. When AF&E became SpongeBob themed. And since I matched with Spoon with our soap themes, I made this set based on that. Why not post it then? Well.. I could've gotten the frame official somewhere, but another frame did. So now that this set is free, I can post it again! I love how the bubbles turned out so much. Was thinking of doing the soap taxi as the bubble, but this fits the frame a lot more.
