>> The limitations to her ability is that she needs to see our know what the person looks like to successfully transform into said person or she'll be unable to do it. The drawbacks to the ability is she will start to get migraines, muscle aches, fatigue real quick and she can only hold each form for 50 minutes meaning she has to act fast in each situation and she can only transform 4 times a day. <<

Backstory

Holly was born on the 1/5/2004. Her Mother and father are Annabeth Whelan and Peter Whelan. She is the only child in her family. She was raised by he uncle just after she turned 6 due to her parents being murdered while out and suffers PTSD from witnessing the incident. She had started wearing glasses at the age of 10 due to one of the other students damaging her eye sight in a wrestling game and had left her blind in her right eye and she lost her sight in her left eye a few weeks after due to being hit in the eye by debris from a piece of wood during a fencing training session during sport as it snapped in half and later started using s for her vision so she could fight crime. She started using her skills in combat and stealth to fight crime as a vigilante after she got back from being trained by Batman to be the next incarnation of Batgirl since she showed potential. She has a set schedule that she had to follow to not fall behind in school (Depends on the age for the rp) that her uncle had set for her who helps her with her vigilantism like Alfred to Batman so she can make her city a safer place for people to live. She ended up being given the Batgirl suit since the former Batgirl became Oracle and kept the original design and colour scheme to pay homage to the original Batgirl.
