The door slowly creaked open, and as Tarot walked in, wondering if this really was a good idea...

The hotel appeared to be fairly old, with the smell of old wood and books flowingthroughout the whole place, and the burning candles, recently lit made her think.. there were people here..

“Aha, hello there miss! Welcome to our lovely little hotel!” The man rushed to the front desk speaking to her at the same time.

Lovely little hotel, eh? She thought. She had a feeling about this place and was getting an eerie vibe from it, but trusted it for now.

Tick.. tick.. tick..

The man at the front desk looked at her for a second, then looking left and right, with a slightly confused look.

Then there was a pause.

“Oh sorry about that, here’s the key to your room, 2nd floor, room 13, oh.. do you want a different room miss?”

“Uh, it’s okay..”

No other words were exchanged, she kind of ignored what he said and didn’t think much of it, since it was kind of weird for him to ask her if she wanted a different room. and she proceeded to walk up the old, creaky wood stairs, all the way to the top floor of the hotel.

The hotel room was nice, but later in the night, weird things started happening. Small things, like knocks from the wall, the sound of objects dropping.

Hours later, very late at night Tarot woke up with a small scratch on her arm. She was confused and slowly turned to her right, to see something that scared her for life.
