Interestingly enough there’s two

who are vegan and create songs

about humans being the ones

devoured but the more I heard out

the lyrics the more I was like, damn

this actually matches AOT’s tone

almost to the T.

⬔ Attack on Titan has many

reoccurring themes of humanity,

survival, and debatable regards

to what it right or wrong in the face of

morality and what it takes to reach

a goal for someone’s own sake or

a whole communities future.

I would say the lyrics on their approach

to humanities faults coming back at

them from the full force of karma for

their actions and greed is in part

to the theme of the show. You’re raised

a certain way in your own ideals of

community, cultures, and how to react

based on those things in which your

mind was molded to understand or

instinctively respond to. Taking Gabi

for example as a character and being

hated on by the audience because

they didn’t take into that the

way she was raised was to be perfect

in the field of war; an ideal weapon.

Shes raised in praise for her skills and

action on the battle field.

She killed because it’s in her mind

to act against the enemy in extreme

measures; that it would always

be the correct response against

”island devils” and yet she was still young

enough to shape her mind toward a

different route in accepting that there were

misconceptions she was raised on.

When you need to survive you become

an animal and in the nature of the

show you see characters turn

toward these instincts regardless

of how it could jeopardize what they

lived or worked for. You could say

a lot of the actions characters decided

upon, even if difficult, were later

on repercussions in the eyes of

conflicting parties and everyone was

at war with those who couldn’t stand

to agree with their motives of justice.

For every action there is a reaction

and usually represented in negative

fashions.
