So to give some context, a bit of background if you will. I grew up watching Megaman: NT Warrior, playing Megaman: Network Transmission for Game Cube, and playing with the Net Navi action figures my brother had as well as battling him with his PETs(Personal Terminals) that linked together with a cord and had the battle chips that you could switch out as you play.

I had noticed an enemy(shown above) that I always found really adorable and wanted a Plushy of but never thought to look for one, so when I had seen an amigarumi Met(Mettaur, Metall, Metool. It goes but several names.) in a stop motion video about a Megaman battle on YouTube from several years ago and really wanted to make one.

However I couldn't find a pattern anywhere, free or paid, so I resolved to make my own!
Now math is not my strong suit and it was days of trial and error to try and work out a pattern that would work; and while I'm happy with the final result I also want to try and adjust the pattern a bit to see if it'll work better another way. Either way I'm so incredibly happy with the result, I may try and figure out how to carry color for the helmet because the green embroidery itself took at the very least 3 hours, probably closer to 4 or 5 to be completely honest; and it bulked out the inside of the helmet because I hadn't taken into the embroidery would add bulk inside the helmet so to counter balance that I had to add another row onto the brim. I also sewed the eyes on a little bit wonky, but I love him just the same!
Over all I think it took an estimated 15 or so hours to crochet and about 2 or 3 days to pattern from scratch!
