~Curation Recruitment!~

Hello to all fellow aeipathians! For those interested in becoming a new for our spectacular community, this is for YOU! We, the current staff, have decided upon accepting applications during the allotted period which is addressed below along with the questions in which you must answer to the full extent of your ability. Contained in this blog, there are: a list or requirements, questions, and any further notices. We are very eager and excited to see all of your applications and lets get started:

Curation requirements

- Must be at least level 8 or higher

- Must be willing to post at least twice a week

- Must be active and engaged in the staff chat (as well as in posting and other community endeavors) and helping with preparations and other community activities.

- Must follow and uphold the guidelines at all times.

- Must be at the age of 13 or older. This rule is put in place to align with the Amino of Service.

- Must be prepared for all possibilities.

1) What is your name? What would you like to be called?

2) What is/are your pronoun(s)? What gender do you or do you not identify with?

3) What is your age?

4) What is your history with moderation? What communities, if any, had/still you lead/curate(d)?

5) How successful were/are those communities (if applicable)?

6) How would you handle a member or more disrespecting you?

7) How would you handle a post that is graphic/displays inappropriate content?

8) How would you handle a member that publicly shames you?

9) How would you handle bullying/being bullied?

10) How would you handle art theft? Plagiarism?

11) How active can/will you be on a day to day basis? Weekly?

12) Why do you wish to be part of the moderation team?

13) What role(s) would you like to be responsible for? (What job(s) would you like?)

All applicants must not have: received any strikes or been banned.

Please to message any member of the moderation team with your completed application and remain patient for your application to be looked over and carefully examined by all of the moderation team and either get a message that renders your application accepted, or sadly, declined. Applicants may also choose to present either two art pieces (whether they be: traditional, digital, animation, photography, etc), or any writing pieces for better qualification.

All applications due September 22nd! The current date is September 15th, so those interested are given one week to fill out the application! :heart:
