                                                           ⺌ INTRO——

                                                           ──────

                                               hi everyone! today i’m here

                                               to rank all of ari’s perfumes

                                               based on how ‘spring’ they

                                               smell. also a big thank you

                                               to aylin for the idea for this

                                               idea! now i’m no expert and

                                               all of this is based on MY

                                                opinion! I will be ranking in

                                               tiers as we all know there’s

                                               many to go through! I’ve

                                                been lucky enough to try       

                                                17/19 of ariana’s perfumes

                                               any which i have not tried

                                               will be indicated with a *

i’ve not included SLC

limited edition or cloud

2.0 in this post as

  they’re too similar to rank.

for me cloud 2.0 is just a much

more stronger version of cloud

and i honestly just can’t smell

much of a difference in SLC

  limited edition and SLC.

         ⺌ TIER 4 ——

         ────────

  for me personally these are

  the perfumes that give me

  spring vibes the least. while

  such gorgeous scents they

   don’t correlate with spring

   for me. REM cherry eclipse

  is heavily berry scented which

  to me i associate with more

   winter vibes it’s more of a

   deep gourmand scent that

  i feel works better in colder

  seasons

                                                  the same goes for frankie

                                                  while a gorgeous scent

                                                   with big notes of pear &

                                                  apricot, to me the musk

                                                   & pink pepper stick out

                                                  the most to me, making

                                                  this another scent you’d

                                                   typically wear in winter.

while i absolutely love

vanilla scents and have been

to me i heavily associate vanilla

  with, again warmer seasons, more

specifically times like christmas

that involve baking and there’s

a lot of desert involvement.

I find them to be very rich

fragrances.

                                                        ⺌ TIER 3——

                                                       ─────────

                                                most of these fragrances

                                                line up more with summer

                                                to me than spring, thank u,

                                                next has an amazing

                                                 coconut and raspberry

                                                 combo which i heavily

                                                 associate with summer,

                                                 this may just be a personal

                                                opinion of mine as i wore

                                                this perfume heavily in the

                                                 summer after it was

                                                 released. I feel similarly for

                                                 thank u, next 2.0 except,

                                                the lower notes of musk

                                                and sandalwood feel more

                                                suited to fall/autumn to me

an unpopular opinion of

mine: cloud has never been

a favourite. to be completely

honest i find it gives me a

  headache, the bergamot

and cashmere really stick

  out to me with a mix of the

lavender. I find this perfume

to not really fit into any season

for me, it smells more

  transitional. while cloud pink

  shares those same deep notes

of bergamot and cashmere,

the top notes definitely stick

out to me more in this scent,

  although to me this is more

  suitable for summer as it’s a

more tropical and fruity scent.

          ⺌ TIER 2 ——

          ─────────

    i found it very hard to rank

    these next few fragrances

    to me they all give off some

    sort of spring vibe, for example

    angel’s kiss smells like a fruity

    cake in my opinion and is

     easily one of my favourite

     perfumes ari’s ever released.

     but the notes of vanilla bean

     and rose water gelato give it a

    more creamy background which

    is why i’d probably use this as a

     transitional scent from late winter

    to early spring. the same goes for

    pink woods, this scent is so dreamy

    and heavy on the floral notes, but

    the woody notes again give me

     more of a late winter-early spring

     smell for me personally.

                                              moonlight has a warm

                                               fruity smell with the top

                                               note being blackcurrant.

                                              although once it dries

                                               down there are some

                                               floral notes peaking through

                                              to me this is a perfect smell

                                              for a late evening in spring.

                                              REM is very heavy on the

                                              sweet notes like salted

                                               caramel, just as moonlight

                                              once it dries down those

                                              floral notes are really

                                               noticeable.

                                                         ⺌ TIER 1 ——

                                                        ─────────

                                              now finally, my perfect

                                               spring scents. with pressed

                                              petals having notes of

                                               italian lemon and violet leaf

                                              i feel like this would be such

                                              a perfect mix of fruity and

                                              floral.

    mod blush is such an

     underrated perfume

     it’s got a perfect blend

    of sweet, fruity and floral

    it’s one of my favourites

     to wear for a stroll to the

    park or just relaxing in the

     garden when the flowers

     are blooming.

                                                sweet like candy is exactly

                                                what it says, sweet. to me

                                                this scent may feel more

                                                 ‘spring’ because of the

                                                  nostalgia it brings me, it

                                                 kind of reminds me of

                                                  being a kid and going to

                                                 a candy store with your

                                                 friends, something i used

                                                 to do around march-april

                                                 once the days would

                                                 start lasting longer.

  ari is such an iconic scent

   i’ve never smelled anything

  like it, it’s so sweet but

   floral at the same, it’s suited

  for every season but i think

  it would really shine in the

   spring time.

                            ⺌ WINNER ——

                              ─────────

                           god is a woman is the

                            PERFECT spring perfume.

                           it’s soft and clean. it just

                           smells so natural. once it

                           dries down the pear and

                           floral notes make an

                            appearance. the only

                            downfall to this perfume

                            is that it doesn’t last long

                            enough.
