Hello Artists!
Today we thought we'd have another community wide critique sessions.
Critique is a necessary means to improving your work as an artist. Often we as artists are too close to our work and can overlook somethings that could further the success of a piece.
Now before we get started let's establish a few rules to help ensure this session stays constructive.

:low_brightness: :high_brightness: How it's going to work :high_brightness: :low_brightness:
1. Post up to 2 pieces of art you would like a critique on.
Don't post if you just want praise. This is for critique on how to IMPROVE your art and help you grow as an artist.
2. Anyone may comment a critique on an artwork but the thing to is to keep it CONSTRUCTIVE.
Statements like "It's bad" " Sucks" " Your style would be better like ..." are not considered constructive criticism.
3)We shall be using the two stars and a wish format.
This means you give a couple comments on what is successful and then give an improvement.
An example:
I like the way you drew the hair and your choice of colors were successful. I feel you could improve the eyes. The left one's perspective is off.
Perhaps taking sometime to do some studies would further help!
You can also give examples and drawn corrections to further help the artist.
The point of this is to help your fellow artists improve their art. Not to make anyone feel bad or make anyone want to give up art.
4) NO ARGUING!
Please don't start fights in the comments. It's not productive.
5) And this is an important one:
If you ask for a critique please leave a critique for someone else in return :bangbang:
This helps everyone get some .

I know I’ve already posted, but i have another drawing. The top ones are just practice. Any ideas/constructive criticism? And yes, I know I didn’t add ears. XD ^u^
The main concept seems lacking. I advise you to study anatomy and basic facial structures. If your'e going for a more cartooney style I suggest these videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CDBRYxTu5Ow + https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOJ40gj7Lqc
There is something missing but I can’t put my finger on it. And i don’t really like the face anatomy but I’m not sure what to fix.
I know the side view is off and that is because I wanted to try without using reference. Could I have some advice on this?
I love this, I really like the glitter markings and the features look very natural and proportional, the only thing I would change is the length of the ears. idk if it's just me but they might benefit from being a tad longer <3
Can I get critique on this sketch before I ink it?
Very nice! I love the eyes and the way you placed the arms, the neck seems a bit long to me, but it's hardly noticeable.

Thank you :smile_cat:
This is ST fan art :)
Lovely   however i think you could make the features on the face a bit more proportionate by moving the eyes and nose down a little bit. The eyes will always be in the center of the head (not including the volume of the hair). Hope this helps

Thanks! I can see that. I did copy off a picture since it was fan art, but your comments really helped! :) I also did add the hair when I edited that drawing.
