Ummm well I think there should be certain time sensitive challenges that feature a winner, who could get some sort of digital prize; because a lot of the artist who take the time to enter challenges, at least I think they feel that they aren't getting any validation for their effort.
I love the featured page! I know some may think that they'll never be on It but it takes some time! I know you'll do it! It's inspiring to see so much amazing artwork just when I open the app
Everything about the feature page is amazing! It's been such a confidence boost for young artists like me! The quality of works there is AMAZING! I have to say the first days I ed I didn't really like the page.. I found most of the artworks kinda.. lame.. but recently it's improved a LOT! Maybe it's because of the new Leaders, or the assistants.. I don't know but great job!
Though I still find the challenges boring... specially when there are tons of challenges comming every week.. I think it should be less but with much interesting topics! And if possible some really valuable prizes! I don't know.. like a feature on the top of the feature page for.. 3 days!
I really liked the front page challenge! But.. I wish you would actually type down who the winner of that week is. Because the other day I saw one cool piece when I opened the app but unfortunately just because it's for a few seconds, I couldn't jot down the name of the artist so i could follow later :/
The front page is amazing and you're right it has improved! But I think that the challenges don't have a winner so that no one feels bad and no one will start attacking the leaders or curators about their decisions. It kinda would be nice to have a winner but if there was it might be problematic in some cases :relaxed:

I do like how everything is going, but it would be cool to see a few posts from "rising"* artists in the featured feed along with what we have now. I think that this could really motivate those artists, allow a better chance of similar artists meeting, and even some critiquing (if they would like).
As for the challenges, I think they're nice, although the recent ones have been a tad boring. (I really enjoyed the create your own pattern challenge.)
*Posts that still meet requirements, maybe with odd styles, choices, colors, minor anatomical errors. You want to see where they will go in the future.
I agree with you on all of that completely! I haven't been entering the challenges because I just can't find the motivation and I know it's bad but I do find them just a bit boring. But it's hard to make everyone happy with the challenges but I've noticed that a lot of people here in the comments have also noticed this problem with the challenges. And I love you idea about the rising artists thing because it not only boosts the artists that do get featured but it kinda boosts other artists and can make them more motivated!

And yes!- I understand how it can be difficult to make a challenge that can interest a wide variety of people. After all, different people, different interests.
It's great to hear that someone else likes that idea about "rising" artists- I was wondering what others thought on that!

I think y'all have been really good about putting up original art! But as far as the challenges are going lately, I haven't entered one in a very long time, (besides the Launch Image Challenge) a lot of them have been quite boring. Maybe I'll start suggesting challenges; I didn't know you could do that. XD
You can also make your own! If it's well composed we do feature peoples challenges :)
