Last MerMay! I knew when this thing started that I wanted to do a selkie peice. They're one of my favorite bits of mermaid lore. While I'm not 100% happy with how it turned out the picture was a lot of fun to do. Especially at the end of the peice when I decided it was a bit to monochramatic. Granted I probably went a bit overboard with the patches of magical color but in the end I like the effect.
