1. So I can easily see in one place my growth 2. Others can also see and comment, ask questions, offer suggestions, links, and learn. I'm doing this exercise because I want to paint glass next in a composition.

This looks amazing and I don't know if you want constructive criticism but if you would the shadows are a little blue it kind of just looks like a continuation of the water droplet. Having it just be a pure Gray or even a warm gray would break that up a little bit more.
Thanks, I appreciate all the help . I'm self taught , I used to ink and pencil sketch and was working on welding metal art . About 8 years ago, I figured let me give watercolor a serious go, so once again, thanks!

Np, I have made similar mistakes with water color and color pencils before.
