Help !!! Tips

For shading you could try to start your shading by a light source and only focus on the shadows, and shade like if things were simple shapes, and thats it ^^

As someone who’s terrible at backgrounds still but IS good at studying, use small still lifes and build up to a full room!! Draw stationary item doodles really quickly and even use your own interests! Draw your dream room!
