I did a still life this weekend for my 1st project for Drawing I.

I enjoyed doing this piece, except for the lid/cover for the tin :skull: :fire: the lid was about to be death of me as I was trying to fix it. Lmao
Other wise everything else worked out great and I'm not gonna lie... I'm a sl*t for cross-hatching. I absolutely love doing work like that. I think it was very fitting for this piece. And .... very therapeutic :sweat_smile: I really wanted to practice on my skills of drawing what I actually see vs. What I know in /regards to composition. I wanted to challenge myself a little bit and I'm proud of myself for that, work in progress but worth it.

P.s. yes I do own a #ouijaboard (mini one lol) and everyday is spooky season because I'm dead inside :skull: 🥴 :sunglasses: :fire:
