Why does it sometimes show "Out of memory" or something like that when I try to post
Is body horror ok? I know it's a weird question
Can someone check out this piece of mine? http://aminoapps.programascracks.com/p/sx37b
How can you have face proportions on point?
How do you find your own style?
Comes with time.. Like good handwriting..
But there is a good way you can advance in style choice - take two or three artists who have a very consistent style. I do say that it is better to choose from professionals in the art field rather than hobbyists or artists on-the-way. Also the art of the artists have to resonate with what you feel is right for you..
Then figure out what makes their style consistent - is it the Disney style body with extreme expressions? Is it the amazing color and texture choice? Is it the dynamic and rushed inkwork that gives soo much life and movement to the picture? Is it the awesome perspective point that opens up the possibility for breathtaking landscapes? You get my point... Study the medium... Is it achieved digitally? Watercolors? Markers or inks?
And then when you have done your observations - try to apply it on your own work, see and feel id it fits, thats important! Style is a lot about how you feel and convey yourself in your artwork..
I have been doing art for 8 years now and while I see specifics 'traits' that are specific to my art, I dont have an solid art style.. Its okay to take your time :relaxed:
