Started this last night, I have not yet named it. I am happy with my progress so far. Micron pens on Canson XL Mix Media paper, 10" diameter (paper is 11"x11"). I'm about six hours in. :)
This is probably my one of my first pieces with a significant meaning/message. The drawing is based off of the image I have included. The photo is of a small child holding her doll, in the wreckage left behind after a Nazi bombing raid on Britain during World War 2.
I really felt inspired by this picture, to attempt to portray the senseless wreckage of war and its terrible effects on even the youngest and most innocent humans.
I will post better quality photos once the drawing is completed.
