Hi! My name is Ayda! I create art for people, and well I decided to this art challenge because bees are important to the world, and it's sad what is happening to them.

The art piece I made started out as a traditional drawing (like all of my digital art)

The from there I took the final line art and put it into my drawing app (Autodesk Sketchbook)

I then colored it and turned it into the piece you see now!

Her name is Penelope. She is the queen bee and is just strolling through flowers (I didn't put a background but just imagine it.

The message I want to convey is to respect nature. Bees help pollinate the food we eat. Without them... well there would be no food.

You see, when I draw, I don't have inspiration, I just... draw... and here we are!
