Backstory/information!

Rěver was created by Life and Death to serve as the god of dreams. Xe polices nighmares of the other gods and mortals and deals out the nightmares when xe sees it nessary. Rěver did not form correctly due to both Life AND Death creating xem and has to use dulled matter as a prosthetic at all times.

Rěver's eyes are where the nightmare energy is stored. Xe can also use this as a weapon by looking at people without the blindfold on. Xe can see with auras(all gods can do that lolz)

the balls Rěver has are pure dream energy. They can be used to subdue xer enemies into a slumber

Rěver is a ranged fighter and uses the matter around xem to fight.(it reshapes when the battle has ended.)xe rarely fights due to xer fighting power being a massive drain on xem.

Rěver is neutral when it comes to good and bad and does not own xer own kingdom, xe just exists in xer own private pocket dimension outside the chaos.

Rěver is aloof and are harsh when it comes to working with others. Xe rarely interacts with the other gods and only recently has in the most recent cosmos calamity.
