Genuinely, I'm so happy with how this one came out, especially with the fact that I really haven't properly painted since like 2019 when I was still drawing on my phone and was deep into my DC phase lol

I can't express how happy I am with this, genuinely. I really wanted to draw today as I haven't drawn in a few days, but even I didn't expect to end up doing a whole finished thing like this :sob: slay. I saw a version of Eremika with this same pose and thought I'd do the same with my little traumatized skrunklies. So I did <3 the original art is 'Romeo and Juliet' by Sergio Cupido.

We love ourselves some angst. And ApoRei has no lack of that honestly.. I'm quite tempted to write a little ficlet but for now, I'll leave it at this, as it is quite late over here. Thank you for reading through, and see you next time. Take care<3

ABSOLUTE LEASH ON ME. dude, dude. holy crap. I've forgotten and revisited this artwork so, so, so many times these past few days, on every different platform, ALL TO JUST... STARE. GOGGLE. MOUTH AGAPE AND EYES WIDE. I don't even know what compliment to give because there's so many I can throw at you yet NONE OF THEM matches how I feel about this. holy fuck. you're absolutely spectacular for this one.

my goodness dude, just, my god. the expressions have me by an absolute chokehold, your anatomy and the way you drew and shaded EVERYTHING has me so goddamn in love with this piece, I quite literally have revisited so many times to just look at it and gawk at the details and the way you put it together so well— this mfer is an official renaissance pajnting if I've ever seen one :100: :100:

the way you made the coloring, the shading, the mixing, the way all the hues and tones match with eachother and just fit so perfectly is literally ASTOUNDING. The way you can accept things like certain muscles and nerves and not make it look weird or awkward my GODDD I am literally just in LOVE WITH THIS DRAWING. it is so, so, so beautiful, holy crap I am reduced to TEARS. I don't even know what else to SAY because this is just.. SO GOOD. THERE'S SO MUCH I HAVE TO SAY YET SO LITTLE I CAN GET OUT. MAN.
