Would Erwin Act Different Without People Around?

Like is it only me who thinks Erwin would act differently when alone or with people he’s close with like Hanji, Miche and Levi? Like I have a feeling he’d be more relaxed and inclined to act less strict and uptight. Maybe let his eyebrows down a little if you know what I mean XD. Anyway vote on it I’d like to know.
