Why should we choose you:

   I like to think I have a good grasp of

   character design, thematics and arcs

   as I've been practicing these things on

   my own as a hobby for quite a while

   now. The process itself is fun and can

   really test your creativity, it's nice to

   see how others go about doing it. Avatar

   just makes that job easier because of

   how well set the whole premise is and

   I'd like to see what parts of such a well

   designed universe can lead people to

   do with their own stories.

   I'd also like to dote around with the

   people who are less afraid to put

   some limitations on themselves.

   I believe creativity blossoms best

   when put under limits as it forces

   people to think around these problems.

   I might also be a little more critical

   around the core of a character(y'know,

   the arc, why you made it in the first

   place, what emotions do you want to

   evoke) and I can provide some questions

   that might cause development if a

   creator can answer them. If you want

   another member of the team who thinks

   this way and can more often than not

   explain why they think the way they do,

   I'm your guy.

   Oh and I'm also in the middle of

   making a blog about character

   design and my whole critical process

   while doing it, if that helps.
