The spotlight shifts back to the cartoon community as the playoff push continues. And we got ourselves a good one on this Father’s Day Sunday with Group C between a former champion and a defending champion with those two expected to punch their ticket to the playoffs but fighting to see who will win the group. And the other, in Group D, both candidates are looking for their first win of the season to stay in the race with one of the two candidates on the verge of elimination with a loss.

Both candidates looking for their first win of the season in hopes of not getting eliminated, especially with one fandom sitting in last place with a loss being the final nail in the coffin for the season. Aang (Avatar: The Last Airbender) coming out of his loss against Moon Tobin (The Great North) and that was after the fandom finally decided to wake up after sleeping through their first match back in April, going up against Sterling Archer (Archer), coming out of a bye following a loss against Sprig Plantar (Amphibia) nearly two months ago and in danger of being eliminated from playoff contention with a loss. That’s all will it take for the Archer fandom to be eliminated from contention unless they secure a win.
