Yes, Shiro Sagisu himself said so in twitter. He also announced that an arrangement album titled "Shiro's Songbook Bleach Bankai!" will be released this december in CD format.
That said, will the unreleased tracks from the first series be ever released?

I mean those which appeared in the series but never were compiled in any of the albums, like the esoteric-esque theme heard during most of the Captains' meetings or the melancholic theme famously played during Starrk's death and Ichigo's summation of Aizen's will.
