A Yeri and Irene Sub-Unit.

:black_small_square: The Irene & Yeri subunit name = YrI (y -r- i)

Incorporating Yeri's first name initials YR and Irene's first name initials IR - YrI

It is pronounced (why-are-i)

:black_small_square: Sweet & edgy concept

The Yerene subunit (YrI) will have an indie with tropical house fusion style, where the tracks will incorporate beautiful vocals over a hypnotic melody, with heavier bass in the bg. (Similar to Kygo)

:black_small_square: Irene & Yeri will collaborate together on the making of the tracks.

Yeri will write a lot of the song, but obviously Irene will have ideas and input. Irene will then focus more kn the melody side. (Irene=Music & Yeri=Lyrics)

:black_small_square: Their Debut Track is Called 'Velvet Rose'.

This song has indie vocals fused with heavy synth pop and bass.

Velvet Rose is about the different sides of youth. How fragile youth and time is like a petal on a flower, and how good it feels to be young (the velvet texture of the rose), and how when childhood es, like the petals on the rose withering, all that is left are the thorns. The thorns represent adulthood. The thorns remain, because now that you have grown up. Thorns are strong and and cause pain, and just like life there is a balance. The positive (beautiful roses) the negative (the thorns), create a balanced and beautiful object.

This song is a summer anthem. The song is also about how even in adulthood or any age we can still be young and have fun and youthful. We can be both fragile and beautiful as the rose itself, and strong and dangerous as the thorns. The power of youth, and not to underestimate it.

:black_small_square: Debut Stage Performance

There won't be back up dancers, and the choreo for Yeri & Irene will be freestyle.

The outfits will be like the suits they wore for La Rouge concert, but will have youthful charms and style to them.
