2nd tumor question :sweat:

So after getting a closer look at Elise's tumor I noticed an indentation under it:

It was VERY difficult to get a clear image of it but there's the obvious tumor, then underneith right above his anal fin, it's a slightly lighter/muted color. Does anyone know what this is????

If it’s like citron’s the light part is the tumor underneath and will expand. It began as a lifted scale and slowly the light flesh grew out from under it
