So I got some Indian almond leaves for Patrick’s tank and there really frickin huge. There’s some directions on the back but it’s in a completely different language and I don’t know what to do.

I’ve ordered some from amazon and they were about the same size and I was just as surprised 🤣 what works best for me is to break them into sections and boil them for about 5-10 minutes, then I take the leaves out and place them in the tank (along with some tannin juice) lol
I tried to break them apart and just put them in the tank without boiling but they don’t sink until a couple of days and then the wet side of the leaf grows film
Break them! :) most small tanks don’t need a whole one anyway.
