What should I do?

Sadly one of my mystery snails just ed away.

SIP Snowcloud. I only had her for a bit more than a month, but I’ll miss her a lot.

She lived in the same tank as Flame, my betta, and as I’m not sure why she died, I’m not sure what I should do to make sure the tank is clean.

First thing I'd do is test the water parameters. Even if they're not what caused it to die, the death may lead to increased ammonia levels depending on how long it was dead which may, in turn, stress out Flame.

If they're a little elevated I'd do a 25% water change and just keep doing that every day (once a day) until it goes down.

If it's relatively high I'd probably do a 50% water change every day, once a day, until it went down. I say once a day because you don't want to stress the fish out more with multiple water changes a day.

Using a water conditioner that detoxifies ammonia, NOT just locks it, will also help. Water conditioners that 'lock' ammonia are only a temporary solution that binds the ammonia in your water to relieve stress on your fish, but does not get rid of it.
