Growing Darkness: The Results

Hey, hi, howdy everyone!

It's your resident Grimm Master and I am happy to announce those who have been chosen to be of The Hollow Chapter! Though there regrettably wern't as many submissions as I had hoped I still want to take the time to thank everyone that displayed an interest and for their time and effort in their posts! The submissions that I did receive were very entertaining reads and made my spine tingle from the visceral imagery and descriptive language. First and foremost let us begin with the role that will be filled with an NPC for the time being...

The Pyre...

Damien Grey!

For the time being The role of the Pyre will be filled by the NPC Damien Grey who is currently under construction. We will have a seperate tryout for this role at a later date if I see enough people interested in taking up the mantle as the Hollowed Chapter's face in polite society.

The Blade...

Inferno!

Inferno's submission truly interestes me by the fact that the raw emotional description of Inferno's actions really hit a key aesthetic I sought after when I envisioned the role of the Blade. An imposing figure with the power and skill to make up for any minor detour in plan that could stand as the final vanguard for the Grimm Master. Truly a great fit!

And the next role we have is...

The Gallows...

Twilight Aurum!

Twilight's submission for the role of the Gallows sent shivers through me as I read the cold and calculative nature of a women bent on understanding the world around her at any cost. The visceral descriptions, the clarity of the visuals invoked, and the showing of character weakness truly made Twilight feel like a strong and three dimensional candidate for the master of intellect.

And last but certainly not least we have...

The Depth...

Devlin Merle!

Devlin's romp through the Atlesian military base was a thrilling read to say the least with a good use of auditory and visual descriptive language that got me right into the thick of the chaos. Though the approach wasn't as stealthy as I imagined it also showcased what could happen if a stealth mission goes south after the main objective has been accomplished.
