I usually go for a walk and go to the horses to visit and give them pats. Sometimes I also go and feed the goats.
I moved to a farm a couple of months ago
I like turning all my lights off and lying on my bed while listening to comforting music. It's super relaxing. Turn your fan on for extra relaxation points
That sounds good. Definitely gonna do it next time when I am too stressed :))
What I do to calm myself is to read a book while listening to relaxing music :notes: :books:
