helper worm auditions are now open

Hi everyone!

We're currently a bit low on staff, so it's time to start auditions for new helper worms! If you've ever been interested in ing the Leadership Team, taking part in organising events, and helping with running the amino, then now’s your chance!

:cloud: What is a helper worm? :cloud:

A helper worm is the leadership team position right below curator! They help out curators and leaders in running the amino and organising events. Basically the purpose of the role is to prepare to take on the role of curator when/if they get there!

1. Why do you want to become a Helper Worm?

2. What is one possible change or addition to the community you would suggest as a Helper Worm and why?

3. How would you handle a dispute between two ?

4. Please show us a post of yours that you believe is “LT” quality (organized, pretty, well written, book related, etcetera)! Copy and paste the link as the answer to this question.

You have to make a post answering the questions (make sure to include the #hw2025may hashtag in your post).

We will be looking at activity, previous records, quality of posts, and more when deciding a possible new Helper Worm.

Not being selected this time doesn’t mean you’re not good enough. Sometimes, even when we give it our all, things don’t go our way, and that’s perfectly okay! You’ll always have another chance to apply when auditions reopen.
