This might be a bad idea but oh well.

Okay so I was thinking of choosing a book to read and recording my thoughts and reactions as I read it.

I’ve tried annotating before and it’s just not my thing so I’m hoping this will be more fun.

I will put them all in one post and there will definitely be spoilers. I mean how can you do this without spoilers?

As this is more for you guys than myself (just kidding I just hate deciding on things) I’m going to have you vote on the book.

I’ll include pictures of some of my unread books. I own 88 unread books so I’m definitely not using all of them. There are plenty of options though.

I can’t say exactly why I picked these other than I thought they’d be best?

I don’t understand how my mind works either okay.

Since there’s so many I’m not going to be adding the synopsis. I will put what I know about them because that’s much more fun. For me. It’s more fun for me. Enjoy.

Heard it’s a dark fantasy, that’s all I got.

And I Darken

Vlad The Impaler retelling? I think?

Straight On Till Morning

100% a little mermaid retelling.

I’m kidding, it’s a Peter Pan retelling.

The Darkest Minds

There’s a movie for it? Teenagers develop powers and they’re quarantined or on the run. Maybe both.

One of Us Is Lying

I think they’re stuck in a class and someone ends up dead?

A Good Girls Guide to Murder

I know nothing about this other than someone recommended it to me.

Cursed

I think this is either a King Arthur retelling or it all happened before he pulled the sword? I know there’s a TV show I saw a few episodes of. Don’t much.

These are the adult books

Project Hail Mary

I’m pretty sure it takes place in space.

The Shadows

Someone killed a person or people and then years later there’s a copy cat?

An Anonymous Girl

Going to be honest, I have no memory of what this is about.

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo

That it was very very popular and it’s about a actresses(?) younger years? Pretty sure she’s being interviewed.

The Mermaid

I’m going to guess a dark little mermaid retelling. Most of the books I’ve read by her are dark.

And then there’s this. I know absolutely nothing about this book so its in its own category.
