Letting go of the past

Hello guys I’m back with another post today I’m going to be talking about the past and how to free yourself from it

The past for everyone is filled with ups and downs. Some bigger some smaller. Life becomes unclear and hard when the past is holding you captive. I’m not saying to not feel nostalgic or to suppress traumatic feelings I’m talking about how to write the rest of your story and using the past to move on. Not to pretend the past never happened.

1. tell the story

Let other people know that story you keep inside your head talk about how you felt how you feel now tell every detail.

2. Feel the present

notice the possibility for great things to come feel it imagine the future and look at what’s in front of you right now change it if you have to

3.Forgive others and yourself

Holding on to grudges is gonna close doors

4.Be Kind to yourself

Letting go of it might not happen instantly it shouldn’t happen instantly so be patient
