Winter Comfort

Hi guys! It's my first blog around here and it's my entry for the song of the month challenge.

I have made some edits for it as well as have written a short story incorporating the lines of the beautiful melody 'Winter Ahead'. Hope you enjoy!

When it’s the month of love but you don’t have anyone, it sucks.

Looking at all those loving couples, walking side by side, a season where you can find the couple booths, couple activities and everything full of ion but you and your lonely self is looking out of window, waiting for things to finally turn your way.

You open your phone, have your music on shuffle mode and wait for a song to match your vibe and as if your phone already knew your feelings, it plays this song-

Lie with me by the fire

We can be safe from the storms up high

There's a winter ahead, if it's cold and wet

We're always warm here side by side

Your ears perk up at the soulful voice and instead of being sad about your situation you brighten up, because of that voice, you know that your winter is going to end soon and your Bangtang Boys would be back I no time finally, your heart would be warm again.

You the time you listened to 'Take-Two' with a heavy heart and now it was filled with anticipation again.

Come what may, change of heart, who can say?

For the moon and the stars, hearing strumming guitars

Well, I it that it'd be nice

The song continues. Humming along with it, you stretch your full sleeve shirt longer than your arm and holding on to it you dance alone in your room, feeling V sitting right there, now, you don’t feel alone anymore.

“I’ll always stay.” You say as if you are conversing with him, you start to how on your worst days, BTS has been your 'Magic shop', how you listened to their music sometimes crying on your pillow, sometimes as a motivation, sometimes like the 'Lights' in the darkness, giggling to their videos and saving all their pictures. You the happiness it made you feel.

You smile, you are reminded of the times with your ARMY gang, how you all always simp together when, new BTS song is released, how you guys used to make the birthday grand on your own way, how with them, even in chaos it felt like peace. The purple world was indeed a 'Paradise.'

Yes, when all the seasons turn

As the song continues and comes to an end, your mind is filled with happy thoughts, you don’t care about the love season or you being alone rather you feel V singing to you, BTS occupying every corner of your mind, releasing the right amount of dopamine so now of course it was time to, shower in that self-love with a cup of Tae, a spoon of Suga, a plate of Kokkie, jam of Jimin, with a confidence of Jin and reflection of RM, you look at life with Hope, because BTS has always paved the way for your heart from Cold Winters to pure Paradise.
