This first week I am tracking my mood, my SAVERS, habits and how much water I drink.
Habits
My habits for the first week are:
Study, play violin, read, write, and meditate.

Since I usually forget about the trackers and don't keep up, :scream_cat: my next weekly will be based on whether I keep up or not with the tracker this week. I might also be trying a maximist (are they called that?) spread, since I really like them and this week was minimalist.
