#Bujanuary DAY 8: HABIT TRACKER

This was one of the first things that caught my attention from the method. I knew it was something I definitely had to implement to help me set good habits once and for all cause I’ve been struggling and now that I’m putting it into practice I’m already seeing results!

The habits in my tracker are:

1. waking up early (the one I struggle with the most)

2. taking my vitamins

3. working out (I’ve been consistent and already feel much more energized)

4. hydrating (I tend to forget)

5. clean eats (I’m so not good at this yet)

6. keep it clean (always have neat spaces)

7. achieve task lists (easy when you keep it realistic)

8. post on Instagram (Bujanuary forces me to)

9. reading (just love reading every day)

10. going to bed early (gotta get points for trying)

The red graphic measures my energy levels from one to 10, since I started working out daily (since December), I feel so much more energized!

I also wanted a simplified version of the habit tracker, one that would not take much space and yet be effective. It’s so nice to be motivated as I go on filling it, to try to have no spaces in between. And it just takes a couple of minutes at night to see how I did. So I’m really happy with how this is working and will definitely make it a BASIC spread on my bullet journal, at least until this habits are part of me :grinning:
