BuJo Migration Special - rant

OMG please tell me I'm not the only one.

I'm setting up a new BJ, it's still so exciting although I've done it so many times before...

I really want to enjoy the process and since I still have enough time, I want to do it SLOWLY. I took the plastic wrap off just now and the paper smells of dot grid!!! :satisfied: I can even feel the dots then I run my fingers across the page!

Ah, my beautiful, virgin LT1917. And it is ME who gets to write the first specks of ink in it!

When I take time to do the basic set up - future log, lists and trackers, budget, and when I decide on the font and set my goals, it feels like the world has to pause and wait for my satisfaction.

Of course, this is more than a one night stand, for goodness sake, we need to be together for a few months, and LT is no sticky note! So I really want to set up this companionship right. Sure I will mess up, but I will take it like an adult and keep taking care of it. After all, it will know everything about me! Everything. Because that's how life is, everything.

Ok, I better get to it. But --- slowly.
