Nope! It’s just washi tape cut into a checkerboard pattern!

Where did you get the little stickers and all the pretty decorations? I've always wanted to journal like this♡
A variety of places, actually! Amazon, StationeryPal, etc. generally good to use when searching are “material paper”, “scrapbook” and “vintage”:) and of course standard things like washi tape
