I started by adding a few strips of one of the lovely paper samples she shared with me, and then I moved on to setting up my days

----------

This month I used the names of days as well as the dates. I just love writing in white marker over black. And then just a few little embellishments in gold gel pen

----------

I keep it simple, mostly to save time and to leave space for the unexpected. It is rare that everything goes to plan!

It's something I do occasionally. It seemed the best option with this week in particular since the 1st fell on a Sunday. It was more convenient.

I like starting mine on Sunday because my job's pay period starts on Sunday. It's easier to keep track on work related things that way.
