I began bullet journaling to keep organised and be creative with spreads, but i can usually only keep with it for a couple months because i find myself not really doing anything during the summer. Any advice?

So I’m having the exact same problem this summer. What I have been trying to do is when I go on vacation or something and don’t feel like putting every detail in my bujo at the time, I write a note in my phone of key details to remind me at a later date! I also have been doing a few lines a day, that way I can see what I did during the summer, but it isn’t too involved, especially if I miss a day.
In the summer, I plan my spreads to be much smaller because I also anticipate I won’t look at my bullet journal every day. Try keeping trackers that force you to look at it everyday.
I'd say just push through it. The only way to get over artist's block is to keep going. Maybe look at what other people have put in their bullet journals to get some inspiration, and just to some drawings or practice spreads or something on some separate paperto get back into a creative flow. If maybe you think it takes you too long to create a spread, simplify it. But really all I can say is to just keep going. Keep pushing through. Because very few good things come easy.
Thanks for the advising, will try my best
It’s natural that the spreads you use during school time doesn’t work for you during summer, because your daily life is completely different. So maybe you can try changing up your spreads? Maybe try dailies, or make bucket list spreads, or whatever. You don’t have to follow a set “recipe”
Didn’t think of that, thank you :relaxed:
