I’m incredibly new to bujo and I’ve been trying to have everything sink in so I can hopefully get started on a journal soon! I have a diary where I do brain dumps and vent art, but a bujo sounds perfect for me.

1. Who are you? What would you like to be called? Where are you from?

My name is Sierra and I go by she/her pronouns. I’m from Southern California!

2. How did you find our Amino?

It was actually recommended to me by the app itself when I first signed up and I was really intrigued. I think I’m hooked now lol.

3. Where and when did you first hear of Bullet Journaling?

I would see some spreads on Instagram here and there, but it never struck me as something I could do. Now that’s changed and I’m really excited!

4. Where do you see yourself in five years?

Hopefully finishing up college and thinking seriously about moving out (I plan on staying home for college because it’s much less expensive and my family is lower-middle class)

5. How long have you been journaling?

Roughly 2 years in my current diary. I don’t have many entries because I’m a busy and forgetful person by nature so I have some entries weeks apart from each other.

6. What is your favorite stationary?

Bic Cristal pens are my favorite to use for almost anything. Even though I’m right handed, I still smudge everything so Bic is awesome. My Arteza water color pens come at a second.

7. What’s one thing you really enjoy about journaling? (What’s one thing you look forward to with journaling?)

I love being able to just have the notebook be whatever you make of it. Many things in life give you what you put in and journaling isn’t an exception. I’m excited to hopefully organize my life a little better with a bujo.

8. What do you like besides journaling?

I like painting and writing stories/poems in my spare time. I’m also in choir at school so music is a huge ion of mine.

I’m bisexual and a Unitarian Universalist :)
