after months of self - isolation, today i went to my favorite cafe. i was planning a silent jpurnalling session, latte and peace. the moment i entered the cafe and started unpacking my journalling items, he barista who has been working there ever since i've become a regular brought my coffee before i ordered; it made me feel so precious, so happy. once again i saw that even in the darkest times, the smallest piece of kindness can brighten up the day of others. journalling outside after long time didn't make me feel as weird as i thought it would be.

i had nothing particular in my mind, only thing i knew was that i wanted to start and finish a spread here. i picked my cutest warm colored stickers and washi tapes. this particular journal is a bit messy, crowded and chaotic but i appreciate everything in it. it became my brain dump of some sort, it keeps my mind at ease when i need it.

i am grateful for the sun and its warmth since it kissed my face with all its grace, beauty. i am grateful for the barista who showed a piece of kidness and made me smile. i am grateful for the fact that only in two hours i'll see the man i love after a week. people are walking calmly, they smile, laugh and chat while sun wash their bodies with its golden evening light. it almost looks divine to my mortal eyes; the art gallery is across the street is closed but the paintings are shining through the windows and glass door. how beautiful can an ordinary day be? this beautiful i guess. this elegant and warming i guess.
