July Spreads

Hi again! I just finished setting up my July pages in my brand new bullet journal! After a lot of pastels in my overall setup, I decided to go with some dark reds and greens for my monthly.

I want you all to take a second and appreciate the fact that in this entire setup, I didn't use ANY washi tape or craft paper. I know. It's crazy.

Anyways, for my new journal I decided I wanted to experiment with my monthly pages, and I added a "rightness tracker." I've been pondering this idea for months, but basically it's a place to track my sleep, energy, mood & more in a single, functional spread. I adore this idea because it will allow me to compare all these things efficiently & effectively. Mood and sleep trackers have never worked for me in the past mostly because they weren't functional, and I couldn't use the info in any way. Well, now I can, in theory! We'll see how it goes :)
