I when I couldn't wait to fill a notebook and start a new one. My, how times have changed. #onemonthchallenge
On this just-another-day-in-my-planner I have so many thoughts about a simple notebook, turned into a life changing power of BULLET JOURNALING.
I have refined the use of real estate and the migration process down to the point. Learned about what needs to come into the next book, what not, and what goes to my long term references. I know what the best time in the year is to switch to a new book - AND IT'S NOT END OF THE YEAR!
This is a bitter sweet process - a goodbye  and a helloooooo  Gorgeous! All the lessons (in planning and life) that I've learned are packed safely in the old one and a part of me wishes I could take them with me, always.
But of course that won't happen. The reality is, I am migrating only a small part into a new book, more precisely,
future log, projects, some to do lists and computer info I often need.

There are things that I need, and things I miss in a bound planner, so I've updated it with a cover. This is the shell of a Filofax Malden A5 in ochre, I removed the rings, shortened it and strengthened the spine so I can insert an elastic.

And look how smug it looks nested up in there!
The reason why I opted for the cover is 1, because I need the pockets to insert a pencil, eraser, cutter, washi and other occasional things. And, because I like to carry around another notebook for notes in the meetings. I like to keep them together, and one thin notebook lasts me longer than a bullet journal does, so this way I don't need to migrate the notes.

Here they are, side by side. My lovely Taupe that taught me to love, laugh and live more, and my new love, Winchester.

Now, I've already posted the set up, but since I've named him, I also added some things in the same Supernatural spirit, no pun intended.

The rest, in a separate post maybe, since I need to dig up the credits. For the images that I've added.
I love the growth and the inevitable reflection. I love the development. I love that we can share things like that in this community.
So as a thank you for being so amazing, here is a picture of a beautiful sunset.
