My 2020 Journals

I’m trying to limit myself to two!

A little bit of self restraint for once :joy:

as I usually have at least three!

So I have my lovely Perfectly Penned

notebook which I am using for my years

bullet journal... and I love this journal!

I it I have already started setting it

up as I have plans for next year and I

don’t know if I will manage it if I don’t

get a head start on it now!

And the paper is sustainably sourced

I’ve already done pen tests and it

holds up well to my fine liners, my

fountain pens and my calligraphy pens

and so far I have had no issues with

watercolour paints either

There is some ghosting which I don’t

see as a problem but no bleeding at all

I’ve added in some smaller pockets at

the back to stash my stickers etc in

Although I won’t be using many of them

for next year as I am challenging myself

to draw and paint my spreads instead :sweat_smile:

And for my personal journaling

I cut down one of my cheaper travelers

notebook cover to fit the A6 ‘jungle’

themed notebooks that I got for my

birthday in November

I’ve added in a wallet to store my library

cards etc for whilst I’m out but otherwise

left these alone for now

I am going to be attempting to keep

some of my entries in these small

journals in Swedish to help me

learn the language quicker

I took a break from learning but I want to

keep trying, even if it’s a slow process

She doesn’t know it yet but Bun is

going to be my lovely assistant :wink:

I actually only got the elephant

print notebooks for my birthday

And then used some of my birthday

money to buy the matching giraffe set.

You have no idea how hard it was to

resist just trying out these tiny babies

Now I do still have a separate notebook

for work and one for university but I

decided that they don’t really count :joy:
