Hello BJA!

It's been a hot minute since I've posted my spreads on here and I thought it was time to change that!

I stopped journalling for some time, but I started again in July and I'm gonna share my spreads with y'all!

☆✦ cover page ✦☆

I painted that purple blue galaxy cloud background thingy on watercolour paper and then pasted that in my journal. I had a lot of fun while doing this, it was very therapeutic.

☆✦ week one ✦☆

This is definitely my most favorite weekly spread. I'd been feeling very sad during that week for no real reason. Then I found this word on Pinterest, "paroxysm", it means a sudden outburst of a particular emotion or activity and I thought it really went with my state of mind that week.

I first lettered the word using a waterbrush and then painted in a similar way to the cover page around it.

☆✦ week two and four ✦☆

So, as you can see, by week two I was again demotivated to use my journal. The spread is not decorated and hasn't been used much, my ttackers are empty.

For the third week, I didn't use my journal at all.

For the fourth week, I finally,tried to use my journal again, but I was not feeling like making a spread, so I just used sticky notes as days.

The last page is a planning for August page and it was just a brainstorming page for my August set up.
